Following the cancellation of the examinations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has publicly released the promotion criteria for UK Board 10th Result 2023. According to local media sources, the grades for UBSE 10th Result 2023 would be determined based on students’ achievement in Class 9 and Class 10 Internal Exams, as per the assessment criteria published. The Uttarakhand Board has yet to officially announce the assessment and promotion criteria for High School Exams, however, this is likely to happen shortly.  

The State Board (UK Board) has asked the schools to accumulate the marks obtained by the students in 9th and 10th grade. Students will be promoted to higher classes on the basis of marks obtained in classes 9th and 10th. However, the detailed criteria to promote the students of class 10th have not yet been issued by the board. 1.48 lakh students are waiting for the class 10th Uttarakhand Board Exam 2023 result (UK Board UBSE 10th Result 2023).

UBSE Class 10 Results: Proposed Criteria

According to reports submitted by local news organizations, the grades for Class 10 pupils would be computed based on three major aspects. These elements include:

• Marks earned by the student in the yearly examinations for Class 9.
• Student attendance in online classes in Class 9 as a whole.
• Grades earned in internal/monthly examinations in Class 10.

Internal Assessment Marks to be Submitted by Schools
