SBI PO Recruitment Final Selection:
The Marks obtained in the preliminary examination (Phase-I) will not be added for preparing the final merit list for selection. Only the marks obtained in Main Exam (Phase-II), both in Objective Test and Descriptive test will be added to the marks obtained in Group Discussion & Interview (Phase-III) for preparing the final merit list. The aspirants will have to qualify both in Phase-II and Phase-III separately.
Marks secured by the aspirants in the Main Examination (out of 250 marks) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Exercises & Interview (out of 50 marks) are converted to out of 25. The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Main Examination and Group Exercises & Interview out of 100. The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.
SBI PO Prelims Exam Marks- Pre Exam Merit list
Category wise merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks scored in the main Examination. Aspirants numbering up to 3 times of the category wise vacancies will be shortlisted for the Group Exercise & Interview from the top of the SBI PO merit list subject to candidates scoring minimum qualifying score in aggregate.

After SBI PO Pre Result Declaration:
Candidates who qualify in Main Exam they will be invited for Group Exercise & Interview. Exam department will hold Group Discussion and Personal Interview from September to October 2023. State Bank of India shall decide qualifying marks for Group Exercises and Interview out of 50 for each category. Based on the marks secured by examiners in GE and PI they will be considered for final merit list.
